Steamed pork ribs with sticky rice - Fen Zhen Rou
Marinate 2 pounds of pork ribs in 1 1/2 tblsp light soy sauce, 1/2 tblsp dark soy sauce, 2 tblsp water, 1 tblsp chee hou sauce, 1 tsp sugar, some black pepper, 1 tblsp shao xing wine - for 1/2 to 1 hour
drain leaving ribs nice and moist and mix with 1 cup companion brand fen zhen rou rice - if using other brands look at salt content - if salt content more than 500 mg will need to cut down on marinade salt. Steam with big pieces of sweet potato or daikon or carrot for 1 1/2 hours until everything is cooked through and meat is soft.
